2. Product Information & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Many items are made to order or custom-built, and production timelines may vary.
We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, dimensions, pricing, and images. However:
Wood is a natural material and will vary in grain and color
Finish tones may appear different due to screen settings, lighting, and device calibration
Minor variations are inherent to the material and craftsmanship and are not considered defects
We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information at any time without prior notice.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to-order items include, but are not limited to:
Custom sizes or dimensions
Custom finishes or materials
Engraved, personalized, or modified items
Any item altered at the customer’s request
All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable.
Customers are strongly encouraged to request material or finish samples prior to ordering if color accuracy is important.
4. Pricing, Payment & Order Acceptance
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
We reserve the right to:
Correct pricing or listing errors
Cancel or refuse any order, including after order confirmation, due to errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud
Limit quantities purchased per customer
We do not store full payment details. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines vary depending on product type, production schedule, and destination.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Returns, refunds, and warranties are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

No returns after 30 days
20% restocking fee on approved returns
Customer is responsible for return shipping
No refunds on custom or made-to-order items
Lifetime warranty on workmanship and material defects under normal residential use

7. Commercial, Institutional & Reseller Purchases
Orders placed by businesses, institutions, resellers, veterinary clinics, shelters, or other commercial entities are subject to these Terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Products are provided for resale or commercial use without implied warranties beyond those expressly stated
Mila’s Pet Products and Executive Wood Products, Inc. are not responsible for resale representations made by third parties
Commercial buyers are responsible for ensuring products meet their intended use and regulatory requirements

9. Pet Use Disclaimer
Our products are designed for pets; however:
Pet behavior varies
No product is indestructible
Supervision is recommended, especially during initial use
We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, excessive chewing, climbing, improper assembly, or unintended use by pets or owners.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mila’s Pet Products and Executive Wood Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Purchase or use of products
Production delays or shipping delays
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
