Mila’s Pet Products is committed to producing high-quality, handcrafted wood furniture for pets. Because many of our items are made to order, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
Mila’s Pet Products is owned and operated by Executive Wood Products, Inc.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items under the following conditions:

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or made-to-order items

Items with custom sizing, finishes, engraving, or modifications

Items showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling
4. Color & Finish Disclaimer
All products are photographed and displayed as accurately as possible. However, wood is a natural material, and color variations may occur due to grain, finish absorption, and lighting.
Additionally, colors may appear differently depending on:

Screen type and calibration

Lighting conditions
-
Device settings
For this reason, we strongly recommend requesting material or finish samples before placing an order if color accuracy is critical. Color variation alone is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or refund.
5. Lifetime Warranty (Workmanship & Materials)
We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship.
All Mila’s Pet Products are covered by a lifetime warranty against:

Workmanship defects

Material defects under normal residential use
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care

Damage caused by pets beyond reasonable use

Modifications or repairs made by third parties
If a warranty issue arises, we may repair or replace the item at our discretion.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of the item and packaging

Do not discard packaging until instructed
