Are your products made in the USA?
Yes. All Mila’s Pet Products are handcrafted in the United States by Executive Wood Products, Inc., a Missouri-based manufacturer with decades of woodworking experience.
What materials do you use?
We use furniture-grade solid wood and high-quality finishes designed for durability in everyday home environments. Because wood is a natural material, each piece will have unique grain and tonal variation.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order items?
Yes. Many items are made to order, and some may be customized in size, finish, or design.
Please note: Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable.
Can I request wood or finish samples?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it if color accuracy is important. Wood tones can look different depending on lighting, screen settings, and device displays. Samples are the best way to confirm the finish you want before ordering.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production and shipping times vary by item. Estimated timelines are listed on product pages and during checkout. These estimates are guidelines and are not guaranteed due to production schedules and carrier transit times.
Do you accept returns?
Eligible (non-custom) items may be returned if you initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.
Approved returns are subject to:
- A 20% restocking fee
- Customer-paid return shipping
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
What is your warranty?
We offer a lifetime warranty covering workmanship and material defects under normal residential use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, pet damage beyond reasonable use, moisture damage, or modifications/repairs made by third parties.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- Keep the packaging until we advise next steps
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
How do I clean and care for my product?
We recommend wiping with a soft, dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth as needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture. Specific care notes may be included with certain items.
Do you sell to businesses or resellers (vet clinics, shelters, etc.)?
Yes. We may sell to commercial buyers and resellers. Commercial orders are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Resellers are responsible for their own product descriptions, claims, and customer communications.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be changed or canceled only before production begins. Once an order enters production, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
